john 2:13-17
When it was almost time for the Jewish Passover, Jesus went up to Jerusalem. In the temple courts he found men selling cattle, sheep and doves, and others sitting at tables exchanging money. So he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple area, both sheep and cattle; he scattered their tables. To those who sold doves he said, "Get these out of here! How dare you turn my Father's house into a market!" His disciples remembered that it is written: "Zeal for your house will consume me."

1 corinthians 3:16-17
Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is sacred, and you are that temple.

1 corinthians 6:19-20
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.

1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

this week i'm gonna be putting some verses on that have to do with our thinking......

romans 12:1-2

dear friends, God is good. so i beg you to offer your bodies to him as a living sacrifice, PURE and PLEASING. that's the most sensible way to serve God. don't be like the people of this world, but let God change the way you think. then you will know how to do everything that is good and pleasing to him.

psalm 1:1-2

God blesses those people who refuse evil advice and won't follow sinners or join in sneering at God. instead, the Law of the Lord makes them happy and they think about it day and night.

proverbs 4:2-3

carefully guard your thoughts because they are the source of true life.
